During my pre-draft preparation I trained at Athletes Performance Institute (API) and had my massage therapy and soft tissue work down by Patti Haladay. Coming into the off-season with a serious foot injury, I had many issues with lower-extremity functions. After 8 sessions, I received tremendous results in my foot and ankle range of motion and increased my muscular strength. As a result, I worked ahead of my Doctor’s proposed rehabilitation timeline and got back to the field quicker
